To the maximum extent permitted by law, Review X-Ray and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 USD.
